to answer my own question:

Problem was starting Vmware as user. He doesn't have permissions writing
to /dev/vmnet0 . Creating a group, adding the user to it and change
group-owner to the new group and set permissions to 660 solved my
problem. Now the XenBridge works in Vmware.
