[Xen-users] Download during build

[jonr@xxxxxxxxxx]

When I build 3.3 it goes out and downloads 3 files:

lwip-1.3.0.tar.gz
zlib-1.2.3.tar.gz
newlib-1.16.0.tar.gz

Can I download, patch and install these before I build xen? I am  
trying to do a build that would require no internet connection.
