Just to clarify, Intrepid apparently does have Xen 3.3 hypervisor support.
http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/ubuntu-xen-server

The dom0 kernel, just like with Fedora 9,10, is missing from Intrepid as
both Fedora and Ubuntu decided to wait for upstream linux xen support [1,2]
in order for them to again include a dom0 kernel. A pv_ops-based dom0
kernel should soon be supported by the xen developers and be put into
mainline Linux
