[Xen-users] Stub domains and gplpv drivers?

I have read the documentation about stub domains at
http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/StubDom?highlight=(stub) and it
states "Note: you can comment the disk statement here; but if you want
use pvhvm drivers, you should leave it uncommented. ", this seems to
suggest there is a way to use pv drivers with stub domains, but
whenever I tried to boot a windows domU stub hvm using gplpv drivers I
got a BSOD, I think the comment about disks is wrong anyway as the
disk can only be added to the -dm config, not to the hvm... and
certainly not to both!

Do the GPLPV drivers work with stub domains?
