I  changed this below and recompiled python-xen-3.2 and working

+ if typ not in ('phy', 'file', 'tap', 'drbd'):
raise VmError(
- 'Block device must have "phy", "file" or "tap" '
+ 'Block device must have "phy", "file", "tap" or "drbd" '
