Yes, you'll just need to do some initrd hacking if you want to have them boot, login to their targets and mount a root file system on LUN. There are some programs out there which take a lot of the manual surgery out of this, though I can't think of their names off hand. The fastest route to this is to put dom-0's root file system on something that can be exported via nfs. Since nfs is already supported by the kernel you won't have to change the initrd, just the boot options.
