Use the 3.2.0 versions of xen-hypervisor and associated tools from
etch-backports if you want to better support Windows. I believe 3.0.3
had some known limitations wrt acpi and apic and general stability.
3.2.0 works great for me. I'm running Lenny on another Dom0 too (Lenny
has 3.2.1) and it seems perfectly stable.
