If one domain uses 100% cpu use as reported by top, will this bog the other domains down?  Or is cpu use "comparmentalized", and the domain which has 100% cpu only uses 100% of its cpu slice?  I am thinking of turning on mythcommflag in a separate domU and I know it eats up all available cpu resources.

Thanks
Chris
