Yes, I am sure, the XenNet driver is loaded and the device is active.
Standard network device (Realtek RTL...) got a yellow exclamation mark.

I see 1 Gb/sec connection speed on the link.
but file trasfer speed 3-5 MB/sec

I change my dom0 to pardus 32b and xen 3.1.3, but any variation didn't
become.
