[Xen-users] Changing subnet mask doesn not work

Hi  


I have been using multi-net script did set up some networking 
but as part of network  routing I want to change the netmask  of the bridge xenroute0 

I tried the following commands 

set xenroute0 netmask 255.255.255.0

also modified the /etc/xen/networktab and the ip to 30.0.0.1 to 30.0.0.1/16 , I wanted the netmask of the bridge to be 255.255.255.0 

can you please suggest me the right way of doing it
