Dear all, I installed a vista guest OS on a RHEL5 machine with Geforce 8600GT video card. I used the native nv driver because nVidia's driver does not support a xen kernel. The installation went through smoothly. However, the guest OS ran very slowly. The 'vista performance score' for video display (which showed as a standard VGA) was 1, and the CPU performance (I chose to use 2 cores out of 4 of a Q6600 CPU) was 2.1. The corresponding scores were all above 5 for a dual-booted vista system on the same machine. I am not sure how I can improve the performance of this system. This is the first time I run Xen so I might have missed some really basic things. Any help will be highly appreciated. Cheers, Ben _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
