I have found out it is the problem of libgnutls , following is the
output of xend-debug.log

Xend started at Mon Jan 28 22:57:33 2008.
/usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-dm: error while loading shared libraries:
libgnutls.so.26: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

after install this lib , I can see the console window. Thank you for help.
