I hope, someone will answer. I don't think any of the Linux distros include PV drivers for a _windows_ guest OS. The PV drivers for a Linux guest OS are included in part of the open-source Xen codebase, and so are natrually part of the Linux distros' branches of xenified Linux. There are also PV drivers for HVM linux in the open-source Xen codebase.
