Also switch to Alt + F2 and try to manually mount the nfs share from the shell and identify the problem. --Sadique Ok. I'm connecting to my campus network. The dom0's ip address is 10.0.38.105/255.255.255.0 Gateway address :10.0.38.254 , DNS Server : 10.0.3.2 I'd done trough the guides for mounting the dvd.iso guide from the redhat's kbase While the domU settings set to 10.0.38.106/255.255.255.0 I'd entered the nfs address with 10.0.38.105 & folder : /nfs Then I switch to alt-F3 and got the following console: :going to do getNetConfig :eth0 is not a wireless adapter :reverse name lookup failed :going to STEP_URL :going to do nfsGetSetup :mounting nfs path 10.0.38.105:/nfs Then I got the message error "That directory could not be mounted from the server" It's there any settings that I had done wrongly? Sorry that I'm not so familiar with the network config. --Neohtm > --Sadique > > >> According to Sadique, the Fedora 8 seems to have a better and easy >> virt-manager to manipulate the Xen virtualization.
