Xen doesn't have todo anything special - its just providing a generic network device. I'm running all my guests bridged to the LAN so they autoconfigure themselves with global IPv6 addresses, no manual setup required other than NETWORKING_IPV6=yes in the /etc/sysconfig/network file on Fedora.
