Just to say that i'm very imbecile because I tryied to install a VM with 10 Go of DD on a real partition of 5Go ....

Sure it don't run !!!

2007/4/23, ben henrion < benjhenrion.xen@xxxxxxxxx>:
hello everybody ,

I've a new problem !!!!!

When i create a new DOMU, the installer can't format the Virtual Disk...

however, the qemu disk is reconize by the OS (etch stable) but it blocs during the ext3 creation...
It 's the same thing when i use automatic or custum formating partition....

I create my disk  img like this:

dd if=/dev/zero of=/../../../debian.img seek=10G bs=1 count=1

What 's sort of reason make that problem!

 my VM config
...
disk = [ ' file:/../../debian.img,hda,w ', ' file:/../../debian.iso,hdc:cdrom,r ']
device_model="qemu-dm"
...

I've tried

disk = [ ' file:/../../debian.img,ioemu:hda,w ', ' file:/../../debian.iso,hdc:cdrom,r ']
 ...
create another debian.img
...
make chmod 777 on debian.img
...

ps: I use xen 3.0.3 and debian etch stable in HVM and it's the first time that xen do that to me after many VM created....

Any idea, thanks?
