I'm not entirely sure what you want as an answer. The current unstable uses 2.6.18. Unstable will become 3.0.5 in the next couple of weeks (I don't know the exact bits that are missing, but it's Xen Summit right now, so I expect it to be soon after Xen Summit finishes). Once Unstable is free for any patches, I expect that the next release will be using a newer kernel again. One of the problems with using the very latest "bleeding edge" kernel is that it can be unstable, so Xen generally uses the "nearly newest" kernel, as that's the one that has reasonable stability. -- Mats > > Is planned the admission into the linux-kernel, > so that the kernel-patch is void? > > <ot> > my release notes > - 3.0.4_1 (to 070302.xen-3.0.4) > - any Dir/File-names contain "_", another "-". very confused... > - the topdir is xen-$VERxen-src now, was xen-$VERxen. > Does it have a reason? > </ot> > > regards Torsten > > > > > -- > Torsten lehmann > LauNOC > > _______________________________________________ > Xen-users mailing list > Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users > > > _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
