I can confirm that as well. Have successfully run Windows 2003 Server on top of Xen 3.0.4 on a HP DL380 G5.
Cool. What are you running for your Dom0? I've noticed a few fascinating SATA controller intricacies for other hardware with Xen 3.0.3 nad the published RPM's for RHEL4.
