Then this is rather a bug that should be filed against the debian
package. The kernels you use aren't the ones provided by XenSource,
but the Debian Maintainers take the patches provided by fedora, and
ported by fedora to 2.6.18, and apply them to the kernel together with
other debian patches.

You can check at bugs.debian.org if this bug is already registered
there, and if not, file a new one. Debian Maintainers will check if
it's a problem with their kernel, or an upstream (=fedora or
xensource) issue.
