[Xen-users] Boot HVM failed

When i try to launch a new hvm machine, this cannot read the virtual disk

and this is my configuration:

disk = ['phy:/dev/vg_xen/winxen,ioemu:hda,w' ]
boot="cd"

What's wrong????? helppp
