Why a second bridge? It depends on what he wants to do with these
interfaces and his network setup if he needs an additional bridge or
other stuff, like routing.
Just the addition vif in the vm config (attached to the same bridge as
the other interfaces should be enough.

Just a second IP address can be done with an alias, even on eth0, but
that's linux networking basics...
