Hello Mats and Ray,

Thanks a lot for your replies. So, I think the problem is that the
latest patch does not work for oprofile-0.9.2 and there are 7 out 14
changes that fail. However, when I apply the same patch to
oprofile-0.9.1, it patches like a charm.

Ray, Nice to see you on the list... 

0.9.2 is the latest release (released on Friday last week, I think) and
it has all Tom's/your fixes in it to work with HVM domains. For non-HVM
domains I'm sure 0.9.1 works just as well...
