[Xen-users] How to communicate with the domU using serial port.

 Hi,

  I am trying to write a simple management interface for Xen, and I have come 
to the conclusion that the serial port is the only reliable way to identify the 
domU. The network ipaddress cannot be guaranteed from the dom0, since that can 
be changed from the inside, without Xen being aware of it. I know that xen 
exports the serial port of the domU to a pty in the dom0, and I would like to 
know how I can get the pty name given the domain name. How do I find the pty 
name for a particular domains's serial port from a language other than python?

 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
