[Xen-users] dom0 NFS root - anyone tried it?

I'm working on upgrading my Xen 2.0.7 install to 3.0.2, and am trying to make my dom0 a NFS root. All was well until xend tried to set up it's bridge. It was unable to bring down eth0 (obviously) so it could remap it to peth0 and set up the bridge. I'm not sure if there is a solution for this, but I was hoping that someone else might of given it some thought already.
