If you go this route please consider sending the rpmstrap folks your updates. The other method which I happen to prefer, is to use a combination of 'rpm --root' and 'yum --installroot', as described here: http://mark.foster.cc/wiki/index.php/Centos-3_on_Xen and elsewhere. You could probably pull this off on fc5 by creating a customized yum config to bootstrap centos4 with. In any case I don't think you are going to find a recipe to do exactly what you want, but may be lucky to find 80% of what you need documented in some way, shape or form and you'll have to fill in the other 20% by yourself.
