[Xen-users] + xm create gives Kernel panic error

Hi all
 
 Finally got xm create to do something (intention was to simply create a simple VM), but it doesn't hang around for more than a few secs:
 
 Now it produces a kernel panic which I think has something to do with grub.conf??
 
 Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
