may be, the iP4 I have for testing shows 'vmx', the Xeon I can't check 
right now!

But if you don't have special SDP-Hardware from Intel your Xeon 
possibliy don't will have VT-support right now. I think officially you 
get Xeon with VT in Q2/2006!
