[Xen-users] cpu_weight format in Xen 3.0.1

Hello,

I'm interested in weighting the CPU available to different domUs
asymmetrically in the machine, and the cpu_weight config variable
implies I can do this. However, I can't see any documentation for this -
could someone point me in the right direction? 

On a similar note, is it possible to schedule I/O accesses in a similar
way (less likely, I realise).
