[Xen-users] HELP,why connection refused!

I installed xen2.0.6 on RedHat 9 ,after root as xen, i wanted to try to create a domain ttylinux , i input:

xend start

xm create ttylinux.vmx -c

 

it said:

Using config file "ttylinux.vmx"

(111,'connection refused')

Error: Error connecting to xend, is xend running?

 

what's in ttylinux.vmx :

kernel="/boot/vmlinux-2.6-xenU"

memory=64

name="ttylinux"

nics=1

ip="1.2.3.4"

disk=["file:/usr/my,sda1,w"]

root="/dev/sda1 ro"

 

why connection refused?!
