[Xen-tools] Xenbus/Xenstore Wiki Page

Woody Marvel and I have worked up a little wiki page describing some
of the things people need to know in order to make their drivers and
tools work with Xenbus and Xenstore.  Right now, there are just a few
examples and references to code.
