[XenPPC] noHV status for Xen-PPC

As a result of bug fixing and tying up some loose ends during the last two days, the Linux in problem state on Xen for noHV, all on Mambo, is running pretty well.  It runs multiple commands with some occasional instability that needs to be found and fixed.  I know of some loose ends in flush_pte that need attention.  After that, the work must shift to real Apple G5 hardware.  Such work has been possible for many weeks but has been delayed by other priorities.  We've almost reached the end of the line for progress on simulator.

Patches are available for both Linux and Xen for anyone who wants them.  The builds produce binaries that run either in normal HV mode or in noHV mode, depending on boot parameters.
