Chunk-on-demand:
When starting a domain, provide a single
aligned chunk for the beginning of real memory. Additional memory would
be provided using 'traditional xen' allocation mechanisms. The initial
chunk would come from free memory, if available. Otherwise the chunk would
be 'created' by 'migrating pages' away from the chunk, transparently. Such
a page migration facility would also be useful for memory 'hot-unplug'.
