I need code to destroy a VM area and flush a PTE in both Xen and LInux.  As
long as I'm debugging, some surprise could require more code.  Yes, I'm
sure there's a better way to code all that opcode breakout for priv
emulation.  I'll work on those things when I get it running.

Wow, are those the only changes needed on the Xen side?

Looking at do_privileged(), would it be possible to convert all those
conditionals into a series of tables, or at least switch statements to
let the compiler do it for you?
