[Xen-merge] [PATCH] eliminate FIX_MAP_ACPI_RSDP

As previously mentioned, this fixmap is unnecessary; in fact, as I
realized while removing it, it could actually have resulted in problems
if the RSDP on a particular system crossed a page boundary. The patch is
a prerequisite for the following merge of i386's fixmap.h. Jan
