But I guess the first purpose of mm_switch_table was sanity checking of guest OS's behavior. So I don't want to touch it. And besides I'm conservative. Although replacing SW_NOP to SW_2PT_DT may work, the meaning will be lost. Indeed SW_NOP had better be fixed. But physical emulation only for instruction is not implemented yet and I don't think it's easy to support it. Testing is a difficulty. It's enough for me for the moment.
