It depends on whether anyone is working on it or not.

My current top priority is to resolve the panic which Inakoshi-san
reported. (At worst some of the already committed patch must be
reverted for the 3.3 release.)
So probably I can not have time to work on ioemu-remote
before the 3.3 release.
