I retest Windows2k3 VTI against Cset17607. My win2k3 is SP1 version and
I am trying to update it. Thank you Anthony!
The results of three Csets is:
With win2k3-SP1           Crash?
17602                              No
17607                              Yes
17661                              Yes

So, the issue exists between 17603~17607 as Isaku told (17606). Thanks!
