[Xen-ia64-devel] Self IOEMUlator: a firmware

Hi,

this is the firmware binary (just gzipped).
To create a sioemu domain, just use it as a kernel and remove the ramdisk.
The remaining of the configuration is the same as a PV domain.

I plan to commit firmware sources in the efi-vfirmware.hg repository.  I
think this is the best place.
