We may see the gap. Xen requires 61 bits of VA, while Vti only provides 60. That's the main issue my patch addresses. The other issue is VHPT long format. Currently Xen/VTi allows it but doesn't use it. It would be nice if Xen can work with any VA size. I am thinking about how to do that.
