That is SOOO much better!!! That binary should be in the "binaries/"
directory of the efi-vfirmware mercurial tree.

   Are you already using a build of the latest open GFW?  If not, try
using this pre-compiled binary:

http://free.linux.hp.com/~awilliam/ia64_open_gfw_cset38.bin

Point your kernel= line in the domain config file to a local copy of the
file.
