Did I understand this correct?
If Region 7 preferred page size is 8kB, Region 4 and 5 will be identity
mapping, regardless of DomU type?

This may work for windows (current version), but other DomUs might fail!

Wouldn't it be better to have some generic features like "region x identity
mapping with attributes y" which can be set via DomU configuration file?
