Note that the dump below is actually from dom0 while domU is booting. The cciss driver is for an HP hardware raid card. The domU is a 4-way, 4GB domain. dom0 is booted with dom0_max_vcpus=2 dom0_mem=16G. Disk I/O via the cciss driver seems to work normally with only dom0 running, but blows up when domU is started.
