[Xen-ia64-devel] Merge with xen-unstable.hg - status

   I just pushed out a merge of xen-ia64-unstable.hg with
xen-unstable.hg.  As Keir noted, the domain builder code changed again
and creating PV domains is broken again.  VT domains still seem to work
ok.  I'd appreciate some help getting the tree back into the stable
state is was before the merge.  For those looking for a working
xen-ia64-unstable.hg tree, the last changeset before the merge was
13479:1faf482f119c.

   I think most of the fixup patches I committed to get things building
and booting again are reasonable (csets 13666 - 13673), but please
review.  Isaku may want to have a look at 13673 to make sure this code
is no longer need.  Thanks,
