What changeset are you using? It looks like you're on an HP system based on the memory map. Does ctrl-a three times switch the console back to Xen? (wondering if you're hung or just not getting output). If that works, you might try adding console=ttyS0 to the append line, just to be sure. You might also try adding "nomca" to the left side of the append line to make sure you're not running into issues with the new Xen-side MCA code that went in last week.
