   Thanks for your information. But I could not find the cause of
error though I checked your boot log. Please build and test in MCA
debug mode which is enabled to define IA64_MCA_DEBUG_INFO in 
"xen/arch/ia64/linux-xen/mca.c".

   I found the sn/sn2 of SGI specific MCA code in native linux. Would
you please teach me whether these codes are related with this problem,
if you know.

   And I think that your system will boot up if "nomca" is specified
in boot parameters.
