At least RHEL4 U2 is coherent!
But I do not understand where 'c2000000-c2000fff : PCI Bus 0000:00' comes 
from.  According to your lspci, there is nothing here.  Maybe it was added by 
the ACPI table ?

This is strange indeed :-(
