[Xen-ia64-devel] Bind event channel of VT-i domain to vcpu 0

Hi all,

  In x86 code, it was fixed about PV-on-HVM event channel in
xen-unstable.hg(cs:11698).

  I fixed with same logic in IPF code.

   * bind-evtchn.patch
     + bind event channels of VT-i domain to vcpu 0.

  I tested that PV-on-HVM works.

Thanks,
