[Xen-ia64-devel] PATCH: cleanup in dom_fw.c

Hi,

This patch is mostly a cleanup of dom_fw.c.  I have added comments, new 
structure. The memmap handling for dom0 is now grouped which is IMHO more 
clear.

Also, hypercall stubs and fw tables now only use 1 page instead of 2 MB.  This 
saves memory a little bit!

I have also fixed two bugs: sal systab checksum and memory type for fw table 
area.

Tested by booting dom0 and domU.
