Hello again!
I tried "dom0_max_vcpus=4"... it's OK... my 4 processors was loaded ! :)
but... the xen "crash" in:
radeonfb (0000:01:05.0):
Mapped 1638k videoram
radeonfb: found intel x86
BIOS ROM Image
(it hangs here!)
Should I configure any option in my kernel of dom0?

Please do setting in the elilo.conf "dom0_max_vcpus=4".
