CONFIG_DOMAIN0_CONTIGUOUS can be removed too. Or do you intend to leave CONFIG_DOMAIN0_CONTIGUOUS? If CONFIG_DOMAIN0_CONTIGUOUS is removed, the global variable, dom0_start, can be removed.
